General delivery time will be Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. Fixed delivery time are subject to quote

In case of unsuccessful door delivery, customers shall pay the extra delivery fee for re-arrangement
To avoid any delay in delivery, please arrange full payment at least 1 day before delivery
Each order is only available for one delivery location and cannot be combined
For Pallet Truck Delivery Service, $450/ first Pallet, extra pallet will be charged +$200 (remarks: Pallet Truck Delivery Service only available to buildings with lift for one delivery location only)
For foamboard and canvas products, customer is advised to pick up at our office (Lai Chi Kok office only) to avoid damage during transport. We will not be responsible for reprinting or refund if there is any damage during transport
Delivery service is not applicable to Outlying Islands, as well as restricted areas, roads which prohibit truck weighted 5.5 tons or above. Exhibition site, houseboat/boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery must go through the balcony. Should deliveries be made to a ferry terminal, customers must arrange their own drop off or pick up logistics
The above delivery charge does not include any other miscellaneous expenses such as warehouse charge. Contact us for quotation if necessary

When typhoon or rainstorm warning is hoisted, delivery may be delayed or cancelled, and the delivery services will be rescheduled. We will contact customer shortly and re-arrange delivery date within 7 days
