Artwork

  • We welcome customers provide artwork.
  • Do not place any Spot Color in the artwork, errors may occur while printing.
  • We accept the artwork in AI, PSD, CDR, JPG, PDF, TIFF, PNG etc. AI, PSD and CDR are much preferable.
  • We accept files from PC or Mac. PC file will be more convenient to us.
  • Text and image should be positioned 3 to 5 mm away from the trim line to avoid being trimmed out.
  • Outline the text and embed the image on the artwork to ensure all the font information or image used for your artwork are locked.
  • For safety sake, you can consider to pay for a hard copy color proof for approval prior to the printing.
  • We provide manuscript production service, the charge is subject to quote.

Order

  • Please check the size of the file/document:
     For 60 x 160cm roll up banner, the file size is required to be 58 x 175cm.
     For 80 x 200cm roll up banner, the file size is required to be 78 x 215cm.
     For 120 x 200cm roll up banner, the file size is required to be 118 x 215cm.
  • The material of the roll up banner is PP Paper + plastic frame or aluminum alloy frame.
  • Slightly shifting on trimming or slightly color deviation may happen.
  • The colors on the printed products may differ from what you see on your screen.
  • We are not responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding artwork submitted.
  • Production: 4 to 5 working days after the artwork is confirmed to print.
  • Place the order by emailing the artwork to order@print100.com or call us at 29680000 for more information.
  • Deposit the payment to the following account and email us with the payment slip for the order confirmation.

  • General delivery charge for maximum 3 pieces and the weight is less than 15kg each

  • Color difference within 10% is an industry standard for re-ordering the same artwork.
  • We will not amend any self-provided artwork including converting Spot Color to CMYK color.
  • Print100 will not take any liability on any of the content (overly offensive or contain illegal material) in customer provide artwork.
  • We do not guarantee the successful reading of Barcode or QR code presented in the printed material in case of presence.
  • We do not accept any returns for errors other than color or text made by Print100 for customer provide artwork.
