  • Any difference between stamp and chop?
    If you need to add your company logo, address and illustration artwork, you can choose to order Print100 pre-ink stamp. If you would like to order company chop such as urgent chop, fax chop, paid chop, you can consider our ready made stock stamp. Print100 provides over 15 size of pre-ink stamp and over 300 types of ready made stock stamp.

  • I like the size of the ready made stock stamp, can I change the information?
    The ready made stock stamp size is 39x11mm, if you would like to change the information and artwork, you can consider our pre-ink stamp P1743, size around 38x11mm, the size is a slighty difference compared to the ready made stock stamp.

  • Can Print100 help me with the design and layout?
    Print100 provides services from design, layout, printing and production service, please send us details for quotation.

  • Can I refill the ink for the pre-ink stamp?
    You can refill the ink at $20/bottle (10ml) if you order the pre-ink stamp through Print100, there are 5 choices of color, purple, red, black, blue and green.

Artwork

  • Customer should provide a draft, text, logo, photo for us to work out the artwork. Regarding the service charge, please contact our hotline for quotation.
  • Layout drafting takes about 1-2 working days. We will provide a JPG proof for approval for 2 times prior to printing. Extra correction will be charged. We will provide a 150dpi file for approval. Original AI file will not be provided.
  • For DIY Product, Print100 provides online software "Photobook Maker" for customer to work out the artwork file. Customer has to create an account before placing an order. On the artwork, please keep all content within the red line frame. Anything beyond the red line frame will be trimmed out. Slightly shifting on trimming is unavoidable. Please keep all content 5mm away from trim line. Out of the red line frame is bleed allowance which will be trimmed out. Bleed allowance is necessary for background picture. Without bleed may result in white line along the edge after trimming to the exact size.

Delivery

  • You can choose to pick up the goods at our Office or pay for delivery service.
  • Delivery by courier to general commercial or residential area is $15 or $60 respectively (within 1.5 kg). More than 1.5 kg or delivery to remote district are subject to quote.
  • Delivery by van to general commercial or residential area for 3 pieces of goods and each not more than 15 kg: Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung, Kowloon $120 / HK Island $150 / New Territories $180. Any extra piece of goods will be charged for $20 each. If the weight of carton more than 15kg, will be counted as 2 pieces. Delivery to remote district is subject to quote. If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge a delivery fee of HK$20 for each carton and each floor.
  • Delivery at specific time will be charged double.
  • Delivery is available within working hours. It takes 1-2 working days to arrange for general commercial area and extra 1-2 working days for other areas.
  • You can choose to use SF Express for delivery at your own cost.
  • For Foam board products, customer is advised to pick up at our Office (Lai Chi Kok Shop only) by yourself to avoid damage during transport. We will not be responsible for reprint or refund if there is any damage during transport.

About File

  • For Name card, Sticker, Pre-ink Stamp, Envelope, Letterhead, Roll-Up Banner, Memo Pad, Note Pad, Paper Folder, Document Envelope, Paper Bag, Invitation Card, Mini Wall Calendar, Desk Calendar, Red Packet, please check Standard Template
  • The file ratio must be 1:1
  • Please embed all fonts in the file or convert them to curves.
  • If the font stroke is thin, please do not set the font color dots below 50%.
  • Text and image should be position within 3-5mm from the trim line to avoid being trimmed out.
  • Set bleed allowance at least 2 to 3mm as there may be a deviation of 1 to 2 mm in the trimming.
  • For Banner, PP Film Poster, Roll-Up Banner, Foam board, we suggest the font not small than 12pt or 3mm height and the stroke not smaller than 1pt.
  • For Pre-ink Stamp, the font stroke and the line stroke cannot be smaller 0.1 mm and 0.15 mm respectively.

About Color

  • Please provide file in CMYK mode for printing.
  • For color standard, please refer to the standard CMYK color book.
  • Color displayed on screen (RGB mode) or color printout by inkjet cannot be used as color reference.
  • For black color printing, please set the file as K100. We do not accept black in CMYK combination to avoid the color registration problem.
  • Please control the setting of CMYK combination not more than 150% (ink density).
  • About 10% color deviation is unavoidable on printing production. Our company is not responsible for any refund or reprint.
  • For Banner, PP Film Poster, Roll-Up Banner, Foam board, RGB format is preferable but not Pantone.
