Artwork

  • Using “Photobook Maker”to prepare the artwork.
  • You can download “Photobook Maker” here or using the online version.
  • Keep all the contents within the red line frame which is the trim line. Anything beyond the red line frame will be trimmed out.
  • Slightly shifting on trimming is unavoidable. Therefore, please keep the content about 5mm away from the trim line.
  • Out of the red line frame is the bleed allowance which will be trimmed out.
  • For background picture, bleed allowance is necessary. Without bleed may result in white lines along the edges after trimming to the exact size.

Order

  • The picture on website is just for reference. Please come to our store(location) to check out the sample.
  • Download “Photobook Maker” here or using the online version to start working on your artwork.
  • You must create an account before you place an order.
  • You can have the payment done online or deposit the payment to the following account:
    • Print100 Limited
    • HSBC (Hong Kong): 634-327068-001
  • Email us the payment slip together with the order number and contact information to deposit@print100.com for confirmation. We will start production after the payment is confirmed.

Delivery

  • You can arrange to pick up the goods at our store(location).
  • For the goods not more than 5kg, we can arrange to send it by courier.
  • General delivery charge for maximum 3 pieces and the weight is less than 15kg each - Kowloon $90, HK Island $120, New Territories $150. Any extra pieces of goods will be charged at $20 per piece.
  • Delivery to rural area is subject to quote. Delivery at appointed time will be charged double.
  • Delivery service is available within working hours. We need one to two working days to arrange delivery.

  • For Moden Photobook Collection, Luxury Photobook Collection, Handy Photobook, Red Packet, Poster, “Our 365 Days” Card:
    Delivery to general commercial and industrial area is free of charge. For residential area / shopping mall / school, the courier charge is $60. The delivery charge for remote districts is subject to quote.

  • For Delicate Photobook Collection, Bookmarks, Postcards:
    Will be sent by Hong Kong Post.

  • For Calendar, Couplet, Notebook, Handy Cards:
    Delivery charge to general commercial and industrial area is $15. For residential area / shopping mall / school, the courier charge is $60. The delivery charge for remote districts is subject to quote.

  • For Wedding Card / Greeting Card:
    Delivery charge to general commercial and industrial area is $15. For residential area / shopping mall / school, the courier charge is $60. The delivery charge for remote districts is subject to quote. Purchase for more than $300 not including the finishing charge, delivery charge to general commercial and industrial area is free.
